- Lead and manage all aspects of the ERAV's work

- Directly in charge of and monitor the field of tariff and fees, organizational structure, recruitment, appointment, rank promotion, salary increase, capacity building training, internal affairs, commendation and discipline; construct legal documents; licensing electricity activities, administrative reform, control administrative procedures; issue electricity inspector card; international cooperation.

- Directly in charge of the following departments: Tariff and Fees Department; Licensing and Public Relations Department.
