On the afternoon of July 24 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) held an online meeting with provincial and municipal Departments of Industry and Trade to disseminate regulations and provide guidance on planning adjustments and updates under Decree No. 272/2026/ND-CP, as well as on the adjustment and supplementation of planning schemes in accordance with regulations.

Minister of Industry and Trade Le Manh Hung presented the Government's proposal on the draft law.
