On July 24, Minister of Industry and Trade Le Manh Hung signed Decision No. 1889/QD-BCT issuing the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Action Program to implement Government Resolution No. 168/NQ-CP, dated June 27, 2026, on updating the growth scenario and key solutions for the remaining quarters of the year to achieve the 2026 growth target of at least 10% while maintaining macroeconomic stability.
