Continuing the agenda of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, on the afternoon of 4 December, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a summary of the Government’s submission and the key policy components outlined in the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for national energy development for the 2026-2030 period.

On 1 December 2025 in Havana, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang and Cuba’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Deborah Rivas Saavedra co-chaired the first meeting of the Joint Committee on the implementation of the Vietnam-Cuba Trade Agreement.

On November 17, 2025 in Hanoi, Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan and Germany’s Parliamentary State Secretary for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Stefan Rouenhoff co-chaired the third meeting of the Vietnam–Germany Joint Committee on Economic and Commercial Cooperation to review progress, address bottlenecks, and set priority areas for the next phase.
